Angelo Giorno November 22, 2010 - September 4, 2015. Angelo was one of the beautiful children that also received the gift of life from sweet Olivia Swedberg. He received Olivia's intestines and underwent transplant surgery on July 1. 2015. Sadly Angelo contracted a virus called Adenovirus. His little body was too weak to fight off the infection and passed away on September 4, 2015. We Love You Angelo and you will Forever Be In Our Hearts. ♡♡♡

Olivia Swedberg was a vibrant and strong-willed 3-year-old. Only two months after being diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, an incurable brain tumor that primarily affects children, Olivia died on June 30 at age 3.Lauressa Swedberg, Olivia's mother heard about Lucas Goeller story and wanted to help with a direct donation of Olivia's liver to Lucas."My Little O had a purpose in this life, and that was to help Lucas and Angelo. I'm sure of it," says Swedberg.
Megan Renee Newell, who passed away from brain cancer on June 10, 2015. Megan really touched my heart in such a profound way I created a prayer group in memory of her. I will miss her sweet face and smile. I will miss hearing her beautiful voice and seeing her pictures and videos everyday during her journey fighting this horrible disease. In Memory of Izabelle Reese- "Izzy" 4-16-14 / 9-11-15 Izzy passed away from a very rare form of genetic cancer. Rest in peace beautiful angel. I can't even begin to comprehend what the family is going through. I'm thankful to hear that the day she passed the family was at peace knowing sweet Izzy is now free and safe in the arms of Jesus. The families words to her were so special as she peacefully passed. Thank you to the family for sharing this most treasured and cherished moment with us.
n Memory of John Austin Millen, who passed away on August 21, 2015 of a rare and inoperable brain stem tumor called DIPG – Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma. Our son John Austin Millen passed away peacefully last night at Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital at 11:11pm after a 22 month battle with DIPG. He was wrapped comfortably in mom and dad's arms and just slid gently into the loving arms of our savior Jesus Christ.
In Memory of Landyn Kohl June 7, 2009 / August 26, 2015. Landyn passed away from from a pulmonary aneurysm, and a secondary heart condition. Landyn fought a hard battle and will be dearly missed. In Memory of Marisa Wade 4-11-01 / 9-25-15 Marisa was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. She underwent a double lung transplant and was in the process of her journey with new lungs, however their were several complications and sadly she passed away on September 25th 2015 at the age of 12 years old.
Garrett Helms-May 20, 2003 - October 25, 2015. Garrett was diagnosed autism. After having his eye removed in September of 2013, Garrett was diagnosed with retinoblastoma. Garrett passed away at the age of 12 on Oct 25, 2015. Prayers for everyone this wonderful and courageous boy touched. He will never be forgotten.
